Viking reigns as the world leader in the design, engineering and production of large sportfishing yachts. Our legacy fleet goes back to the 1990s and includes breakthrough models such as the 65, 74, 82 and 76. Each of these Vikings established higher levels of performance, interior accommodations, style and fishability for the genre. Viking 80s can be found just about anywhere in the world. This one, the 80 Sky Bridge Hooray, was a fixture on the tournament circuit in 2020 in Cabo San Lucas.
The 80 Sky Bridge is a masterful example of Viking innovation, combining the visibility benefits of an elevated control station with the weather protection, second salon and comfort of a Viking enclosed bridge.
This 80 Sky Bridge, which will be on display at the 2021 Viking and Valhalla VIP Boat Show January 28-30, features a Snow White gelcoat and custom teak cockpit and mezzanine. She will also receive a faux teak toerail and black boot and accent stripes. The 80 Sky Bridge is an extremely versatile fish-raising masterpiece, equipped with three different helm stations and the latest propulsion and boat-control technologies, such as MTU’s Dynamic Positioning System with joystick and Seakeeper 35.
With five staterooms and the largest salon in its class, the Viking 80 has the accommodations of a 90-footer. A custom polished stainless steel staircase joins the salon and the enclosed bridge. Hiding inside exquisite wood cabinetry, the home theater’s 60-inch HD TV rises and lowers with the touch of a button.
Feature-packed, the galley provides all the appliances, conveniences and countertop space you’ll need to prepare a big meal for a hungry team of anglers or a large family. The Cambria countertops, mirror backsplash, stainless steel sink and four-burner surface-mount range are some of the amenities in plain view. There’s also ample Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer drawer storage under the counter and custom Amtico flooring.
